IMO, 15 to 30 million. It won't stop selling, it's just a matter of how long Sony keeps it around. I'd be floored if it didn't reach 10 million by the end of it's second year. Then it's a just a matter of how long Sony keeps it going on. I don't know that Sony will ever give it the push it needs to actually sell well (I honestly doubt it), but if they keep it on the market till 2015 - 2016, I feel it could find it's market and outsell the Xbox/Gamecube.

Based on all the numbers I've heard, that sounds a bit crazy?

It will never reach that number. Ever.

Am I the only one that find it laughable that some people think the Vita will only sell between 10M and 15M in its lifetime or it's just that the board is still dominated by trolls?

At this rate, it's easier to think so. Not saying that things won't change but both competition direct and indirect are far more appealing and successful.

It's been more than a year and it hasn't even sold close to 5 million yet. Pretty sure it's tracking below the Dreamcast. If anything, the poll should have included a 5-10 million option, instead of the ridiculous 75 million + option.

World wide reports are putting it at 4-5 million or so. It will be a full year old world wide in February. That being said we can expect two price drops at least before it is discontinued which will cause more sales as it becomes more affordable and has a larger library of games. My guess would of been 60 million or so at least by the discontinuation. That is at the low end of the spectrum I think and since that splits the poll options I picked 75 Million +

Not sure if they are trolls or just people who have no idea how businesses work.

There are people who actually expect the Vita to outsell the PSP when it's lost a key franchise the PSP had (MH), publishers like SE and Konami who helped the PSP succeed don't want to develop for it, and smartphones and tablets are much bigger than when the PSP was relevant?
