Soul Sacrifice will be a bad game because of it's poor sales, just like the Playstation Vita.

Face the facts. Sales=quality.

Sales don't indicate quality, they just indicate how many people can be suckered into playing a bad game thanks solely to brand name.

Case in point: Final Fantasy XIII.

Actually they do equal quality. Take a good look at the best selling games: They're all good quality.


I only buy games and systems that sell 5 million + units and the only way I can get a low selling game is from a gift.

So you basically buy every Call of Duty ever? Because they all handily break that limit, and yet they're kinda infamous for being the same warmed up soup every time.

Meanwhile Borderlands, which is superior in every way, gets no love just because its name isn't Call of Duty.

Hell, look at the best selling title on Vita. CALL OF DUTY. And please do note BOD got panned by both fans and critics for being a mess... it still sold a crapton more than any other Vita title. Why? BRAND NAME, not quality.

So... yeah. I rest my case.

I was pretty sure that Uncharted was the best selling title on the Vita.

Looks pretty dumb IMHO.

I'm going to continue enjoying the system that I enjoy quite a bit because it has enough games to keep me interested.

That's what I say about my Game Gear, NeoGeo Pocket and Wonderswan. All of which I have played atleast once in 2013! Just because a system flopped, failed and got discontinued, doesn't mean that your system and games will disintegrate and you can never play them again!

There are so many games to play on the Vita it's not funny. There are so many PS1 games and PSP games that I haven't even touched my 6 Vita games I own.

So if Soul Sacrifice doesn't sell it's no big deal to me, heck we don't even have a release date here still.

And the guy that made this topic sounds like he doesn't even have a Vita.

Seems a bit redundant to buy and Vita, only to play ps1 classics and PSP titles.
Could've just got a cheap psp, saved a ton of money, and buy tons more psp games.
It kind of speaks volumes when you own 6 Vita games, and leave them untouched by opting for games available both on ps3 and psp.

Anyway, I wouldn't really care either way about Soul Sacrifice.
It's not really the kind of game I'm interested in, so if it fails, it won't bother me. if it somehow manages to sell tons, and increase total Vita sales, then I'd be glad, but that'd be more about an increased install base than SS.
