I Have PS+. How do I back up my Persona 4 Golden Saves or any other game.

I am lost. I couldn't find the saves anywhere!!! Please help.

You will need to back up your save to either a computer or a ps3 if you plan on deleting any games off of your ps vita. Easier to do it on a ps3 if anything.

If you're talking about cloud backups from PS+, go to Content Manager on your Vita connected to the internet. Rest should be obvious.
