the people who bought from the seller shouldnt be using the internet.

You might be correct. Reading the new feedback i am surprised that the buyers are shocked to discover it was a scam.

Why do people say this? Dear lord so we fell for a scam or knew it was a scam but wanted to try it out and if anything HELP with getting his account closed. Besides it was ONLY $15

I realize that 15.00 is not much to you or me in the long run but this guy scammed hundreds of people out of 15.00. That adds up and is the reason why thieves do this, because people continue to fall for it. 250 imaginary vitas sold for 15.00 each is a profit of 3750.00 to the chinese scam artist and that is a lot of money for a chinese citizen.

True, didn't think of it like that.

I am sorry that you are not getting a vita for 15.00 but anytime someone from china wants to sell you expensive electronics dirt cheap with free shipping there is a 99.999999999% chance that it is a scam.
Like I mentioned before all of the sellers positive feedback was from selling crap jewelry for less than one dollar per transaction. It looks well planned out on the scammers part. Build up lots of positive feedback for a year selling cheap junk, then advertise expensive electronics dirt cheap and make a quick killing and once the negative feedback starts to roll in cancel all the auctions and count up the profits.
Lots of nice people who were scammed now have to get refunds from paypal and ebay has to eat the losses.

"ONLY $15" That's exactly what the scam is, he knows that people wouldn't fight back for $15.

Thats the thing, I will fight to get my $15 back but when I spent it I had a idea this wasn't legit but wanted to give it a go just incase. I will still demand and fight for my money back.

The scammer doesn't care if you fight for it or not. He already fed himself some lo mein with your money.

Ive bought jewellery from eBay. when it arrived it was tarnished (green) bent and out of shape and damaged. seller told me he lives in china. yet it came from USA :s.

another time i had a shill bidder. someone with 2 accounts bidding on their own stuff to make others bid higher. again a Chinese person.

yup eBay sucks most of the time :/

Yes it does, if you recheck it looks like the buyer was banned or it atleast doesn't show the product anymore on my purchase page and it also shows that the item was "shipped" as well XD and look two more people from china selling the same thing for the same price!

THIS is why I said EBAY should practice using IP bans.

And really people who fall for this "shouldn't breed"?! or "shouldn't be allowed to use the internet"?! Isn't that a bit harsh?

Of course more chinese sellers are going to list the same thing, it's free money with no work required. The seller that started this thread has for some unknown reason decided to make his feedback comments private.
