I would just back the save files up on your PC and re-download the games.

for ps1 game saves on the vita there is no separate save file, its saved in the game it seems.

To actually answer your question, yes, you can backup any games (including PSone games) to a PC or PS3 using the Content Manager.

They're separate, but you'll need to use the Content Manager to actually see the separate files. (It includes a section for PSone saves).

Just backup your entire 4 gb card on a ps3 or pc and restore the backup on your new memory card. Did that with my 4 gb to 32 gb upgrade.

I have 7 gb left free, with wipeout coming out to PS+ Europe in february.
But I can delete game data and download it again if need be.
The memory cards are overpriced big time but if you're going to upgrade, you might as well just upgrade to 32 gb now instead of dealing with lower memory capacity, especially if you don't plan on upgrading ever again.

Has good space. but NOT worth the $80-100 price tag.
It's worth like the most 40-50 in my opinion.

I like mine. It's great having plenty of room for movies and demos.

I'm clever, vaguely feminine, a vampire, and I wield Dice. PH33R.
The 3DS and PSVita are both outstanding systems. Wally the Equality Weasel says so.
