My suggestion to anyone who does not own a Playstation Vita

Chances are you already have a mobile gaming device in your pocket. You probably call it a phone, but it's there. And if you've ever spent more than ten minutes playing Angry Birds or Cut the Rope, there's something you ought to do: Buy a PlayStation Vita

It doesn't matter how much of a gamer you consider yourself. Just take the next step. Acknowledge something you enjoy and buy the best equipment with which to enjoy it.

To those skeptical about the hardware, the Vita's five-inch OLED touch screen is bright and crisp so vivid that your eyes lock on to minor details with the same fascination you had the first time you saw an HDDVD. Plus, there are buttons. And joysticks: You know, those necessary tactile objects you can find without looking that your 3DS doesn't have. Unlike the Nintendo 3DS, which is basically a learning tool for children, and the PSP, which never felt like this century's technology, the Vita is the first portable device that truly replicates the experience of a full gaming system. You'll like it a whole lot more than you want to.

That is all.

*breaks out in Yukiko laughter*

The Vita is amazing, however it's completely unnecessary to bash the 3DS.

Seriously, demondog? It's like you don't even try anymore. You're trying to tell me that anyone who's played angry birds for 10 minutes will like a vita? Please

Hmm.. counts 28 portables, ranging from a Lynx to a 3DS, including 7 PSPs of various models. I don't NEED a Vita yet.

I'm waiting for Bandai to release the WonderSwan/SwanCrystal II and blow both the Vita and the 3DS away.

Don't know if it's DD666, but it's definitely a parody account.

He's been doing this for a while, actually. Usually it's pretty funny, but when he misses, he MISSES.

This one was pretty amusing though.

Unless of course you played Angry Birds on an HD screen, in which case you'll be taking a step down. The comparison to HD DVD was humorous tho.

no, not until a price drop on the system, memory cards and better overall support for the system by Sony and third party developers.

He's made a conscious effort to note when he types 'than' and 'then' in order to throw people off. He may have even tattooed a reminder on the inside of his eyelids.
