I think it might be too soon to unveil the PS4/Orbis, they'll probably wait until E3. Either way I'm hoping it's Vita related. :-)

No, they said that Sony and Micro will do the same as Apple always do and set up their own thing for a big announcement so all the attention goes to them at that certain period.
E3 is just too many for such a big announcement..

Leaving the E3 for the minor bigger things like games and some inovating things but not for a new console.
