Trophy and Save Question (Regions)

So I plan to import a Japanese game on my Vita. I only have one memory card, and it contains a NA account. Will I be able t save my game and get trophies? (I already know I'm locked out of DLC)

Yeah, you'll be fine. I just played through Project Diva f and I unlocked trophies and everything.

Trophy grinding will be a little tough though depending on what game it is.

Thanks for the answer. And by tough, do you mean because of language barrier? Because I'm ok in that regard. I know enough Japanese to get me through stuff.
