Is the Vita version of Madden 13 worth it for $20?

I'm not a hardcore sports fan, but I like to buy them every now and then. I haven't bought a Madden game in five years and would like to play it on the go. I played the demo and it stuttered during the cut scenes, which turned me away from purchasing at full price. However, I heard that their is a patch. Did the patch fix this issue? Being that it's on sale, I'm kind of tempted to pick it up. Is this game worth the $20 post patch?

Haters of Madden/sports games need not reply.

Yes, the patch fixed most of the stuttering.

Absolutely, I enjoy the Vita version much more than the bug filled 360/PS3 version.
