I have $20. Which of these games should I get?

-What Did I Do to Deserve This, My Lord? $6.
-Crimson Room: Reverse. $8.
(Description reminds me of VLR gameplay.)
-Aedis Eclipse: Generation of Chaos. $8. (Don't know much about this, but looks interesting. Can anyone tell me about it?)
-Mana Khemia: Student Alliance. (I've played an Atelier game and enjoyed it. I know nothing about this though.)
-Half-Minute Hero. $10.
-Yggdra Union. $10.
-Phantom Brave. $10.
(I know nothing about it, but I love NIS. Info please?)
-Dungeon Explorer. $12.
-Fate/Extra. $15.
(I don't know much about this, but I freakin' love Atlus. Info please?)
-Class of Heroes. $15. (I like Etrian Odyssey by the same developer.)
-Jikandia: The Timeless Land. $15. (I don't know much about this. I like some games by the same developer.)
-Knights in the Nightmare. $15.
-Lunar: Silver Star Harmony. $15.
(Looks fun, but I know nothing of the story. Can I have some info?)
-Mimana Lyar Chronical. $15.
-Escape Plan. $15.
(Liked the demo.)
-ZHP. $20. (I know nothing about this, but love NIS.)
-Corpse Party original. $20.
-Touch My Katamari.
(Enjoyed the demo. Haven't played previous versions.)
-Rayman Origins. $26.
-Growlanser Wayfarer of Time. $30.
-Gungnir. $30.
-Persona 2. $30.
-Disgaea 3. $40.
(I've only played the first two.)
-Virtue's Last Reward. $40. (I have reached the Library of 999. Will complete game before ordering.)

I'm willing to spend up to $40 if necessary, but my preferred amount is $20. I can get multiple games, if they each cost less than $20. If you have any recommendations of games not on this list, feel free to say so. My preferred genres are turn-based and puzzle. I'm not normally a fan of action games.

I already have PS+, including FFT.
I'm not interested in P4G, since I beat the PS2 version for the first time recently.

Thanks!

I wouldn't go for Persona as the series had a half off sale in November.

Personally I'd grab Corpse Party, but I like horror games. Bear in mind it would be very visual-novel.

Oh, and yes. Corpse Party. Get both it and Book of Shadows.

Phantom Brave or ZHP. They're both excellent.

I think ZHP is a bit more "deep." But unlike most NIS games, it's not an SRPG, it's more of a roguelike (though there's still plenty of crazy NIS stuff and customization in it.)

Phantom Brave is a gridless SRPG, and unlike most NIS games, it's relatively "serious," not so much funny like the others. Beyond that, I would say it's one of the simpler NIS SRPGs. Characters can only equip one item, for example. And aside from your main character, all of your units can only be on the field for a certain number of turns before vanishing. Just thought I'd mention that, since a lot of people seem to have a problem with it.

Also, Class of Heroes is not made by Atlus, and IMO, it's nowhere near as good as it.

EDIT: Wait, I just saw that you're willing to spend $40. Go for Disgaea 3.

For those players who don't speak Australian, we have provided an English translation of the previous scene. Do you want to replay the scene?
