Yes i've done it to switch games onto other memory cards. Wait-- another question-- If I back up my games/data on the PC, and continue playing the games on my Vita, then the save data of my PC games will quickly expire, as I'll be continually grinding. There will never be two copies of the same game/save data, as far as I know. It just always overwrites.

Because that was a pretty good pitch, almost seemed copy/pasted. Anyway, it's tied to your account as far as I know.
