What are your thoughts on gravity rush?

I'm in chapter 6 right now, and am enjoying it. What stood out to me, was the beautiful Cel shaded graphics and stirring soundtrack. My only complaint is the lack of gameplay variety. The combat is repetitive. I like it thought, great game.

I got bored with it. Just not my type of game, I guess.

It has moments of brilliant game design, followed shortly by poor game elements and a bad camera. Overall, I like it. I'm on chapter 10 or 11 right now.

You just described the next 20+ chapters you have to play through.

I really liked the game at first too, but by the end I could barely make myself slog through the tedium. Good luck.

It's different so it sucks.

More specifically it's bad because it has a female protagonist which are not only different but unprofitable.

It's pretty average. I liked the style, but the story and gameplay are pretty mediocre.

I liked it very much. Of course, there were things about it I didn't enjoy like the repetitiveness of the combat, the slight lack of variety of enemies, the somewhat lifeless city (though very beautiful), lack of real side quests, little interaction with NPCs, etc.

If those things can be addressed in a possible sequel, then I'd be a very happy camper.

The 3DS and PSVita are both outstanding systems. Wally the Equality Weasel says so.
