I honestly feel that at least vita version is cancelled if not both. I think Square expected much higher vita sales and now they think that releasing FFX for vita would not be worth it but haven't made it official just in case if vita's sales would rise.

except they also announced a PS3 version, so the vita is not a factor

also, they've mentioned that the team that was suppose to do FFXHD was assigned to help out with FFXIV instead and once that is stable, they would resume progress on FFXHD

Both were probably canned. Since it's not a financially good decision to support vita. Too bad, since I would have bought both and had something to play on vita finally...

FFXI is not coming to Vita. They considered the possibility and decided to not do it.
