Thinking about buying a Vita.

What are the good games out right now, and what are some good PSN games?

Also, what all can you transfer from your PS3 PSN games to the Vita?

You can only transfer games from your PS3 if they are Vita compatible.

As for games, my favorites are:
Persona 4
Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus
Gravity Rush
Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3
Sound Shapes (PSN only)
Jetpack Joyride (PSN only)
Mortal Kombat
Assassin's Creed Liberation

All Vita games are available on the PSN with some exclusive to it. The Vita store has an awesome selection of games from the Vita, PSP, and PS One catalogues.

Do all PSone games work with it? And does it have any internal storage or come with a memory card?

Not all PSone games work on the Vita. But besides the ones you can directly buy on the Vita store, there are some PSone games you can buy on the PS3 and the transfer to the Vita.

When you are buying a Vita, make sure your bundle comes with a memory card. Not all bundles do. Games do not use internal storage.

Not all are compatible yet. No (user usable) internal storage and only the some of the bundles come with a card (usually 4 GB)

All Final Fantasy games apart from FFV works on the Vita. Here's a list of what currently works but there is stuff added to the list sometimes:
