It's like the Wii U. Nintendo just announced a ton of upcoming games, and the system launched with plenty of 3rd party support. But the people who want those upcoming games probably either already have or were planning to buy a Wii U, while the people who wanted the 3rd party games likely already owned a PS3, 360, or PC (myself included).

Maybe a price drop and dropping the price on the memory would help, I know I'm not buying till they do... That's what I've said. It needs a price drop on both the system, and definitely the memory cards. Though the Vita may be worth $250, people aren't willing to pay that much.
