Yup. I put it on the ps3 board and they off topic me. I know it was on the Vita to the ebay thing. And I saw someone asking about it in a locked topic.

Why did the seller actually bother to send something at all if his only purpose was to scam you? That's just more of a slap in the face.

Yeah dude I was totally winging it. Saying stupid stuff cause of the bad situation plus my wife and brother were teasing me throughout the process. Whatever it was a shot. No Vita for me yet. Dame I wanted some Persona 4 Golden too.

To speed up the paypal funds he has to put in a legit shipping number or the funds would never clear without me giving good feedback to complete the transaction.
