How many systems can I have my account activated on, between PS3 and Vita?

I knew you could only have 2 PS3 systems activated, which I do (mine and my brothers). I thought I was gonna have to take it off my brothers one so that I could download my classics on my Vita, but apparently not. How many more can I activate from now?

Oh and I just remembered my account is active on my girlfriends PSP as well. Is the limit 2 PS3s and 2 PSP/PSVs?
