I get this error every time I try to download something to the vita now. Everything worked last week, but not this week. Anything I can do?

i already restarted it twice, and checked for updates. the titles I want to download dont come up on the ps3 store since they are the free arcade titles this week.

edit: tried spam restarting it. a 5th did the trick somehow. thanks!
