What genres do you like? Since you mentioned FF & Ys, I assume J/RPG?

From the PS1 store, I really enjoyed Parasite Eve 1 and 2, Breath of Fire IV, Wild Arms 2, Chrono Cross/Trigger, Threads of Fate, Vagrant Story, and Grandia.

Disgaea ($10 on GameStop's site,) Disgaea 2 ($15 on GameStop's site) and Phantom Brave ($10) are all better than all of the PSP FF and Ys games. And they'll last you a while, too.

For those players who don't speak Australian, we have provided an English translation of the previous scene. Do you want to replay the scene?

I really enjoyed the Arc the Lad series (particulary the 2nd one), but I understand it's a bit of a niche series, so I don't know how popular it is with everyone.

Arc the Lad is an amazing series if you see Arc 1 and Arc 2 as one game and ignore the rest of the series. I think many people just try the first game and become disappointed at how short and easy it is and miss out on the amazing second game which is a direct continuation.
