Considering the fact that 2 of the main characters aren't stealth-based at all, I doubt it.

Uhh... no. There are missions where you have to go out and kill guards and all dat.

No, but a decent chunk of it you can, but yeah as said above, there are some areas that are still purely combat. It's not any different from other entries in the series
