Add the google play store. More options why not....

Price and marketing.

I don't like how the Psp was marketed in the west, and it seems that the Vita is being handled the same way. They're tying it too much to the ps3, and everything is generally "in your face" advertising.

Make it play all the ps1 and psp games on the store, add psp games that aren't on the store, and make ps3 psn games compatible with Vita.

Too many things to list. Here are my top 4:

1. D-pad and face buttons feel cheap. Terrible for fighters. They shoulda stuck with the dual shock design.
2. Shoulda went with SD memory
3. More ram. They advertised it as a multitasking handheld. I can't even youtube and game at the same time.
4. Better UI.

it would be nice if psp games actually ran with the full power of the vita.

psp games look much better at 544p.
