PlayStation Vita

if so how much?

Debating between 3DS and Vita at the moment, with 3DS getting advantage over the number of amazing games but Vita getting the higher quality games (and franchises I prefer).

If it dropped near 3DS' price i'd probably pick up a Vita.

Nah. Expect a price drop around the release of Killzone Mercenary, announced at E3.
