Anyway to download a Vita game to my Mac and transfer to Vita?

My Vita (or my internet connection itself) has decided it wants to be stupid (Because ret***** is a bad word *Rolls eyes) and not connect to the internet here despite my Mac being connected (with full bars... very crappy full bars apparently). So... I either need a way to

A) Download Sly 4 to my Mac and then transfer to my Vita (Yes, it's already been purchased from SEN/PSN)

or

B) Connect my Vita to internet using my Mac... I tried the whole bluetooth thing, but all I get out of that is "Could not find a profile supported by the PSVita system"

... Help me...
