Guys, I have a request.

First off, I am sorry that this is very hassling but I would really appreciate some participation.

I would like any of you to take a picture of your VITA with the screenshot(s) I am going to provide: -on maximum brightness, -on a dark environment (or totally dark).

(*I'd still greatly appreciate it if you just make use of one of the screenhots, preferrably
the one with a dude walking along the corridor [Silent Hill: Book of Memories] -because that seems to be the darkest)

The reason for this is that Sony is requested for me to find more proof that my VITA is unusually dark.

I have already shown them these sets of photos that I took, admitted that it "seems dark", but proceeded to still doubt saying they were still "..not sure..".

They said they'll be filing a report to the higher ups with my photos attached.

They even told me to try and contact the publishers of the game, show the same photos, and ask if it's meant to look that way.

I've already sent queries (with my photos attached) to Ubisoft, Konami and Atlus.

I also said to Sony that this was a long shot to get the publishers serious about our interests but the Sony rep still insisted for me to try.

Sony said to call them again this Friday.

I would understand if you find it too bothersome and I am sorry for the hassle.
