Simple question. Personally I don't. All these "new model patented" news never have any proof, just pics of the dev kit. However it surprised me so many people here talk about how there will be a new Vita announced at feb 20. Opinions?

A new Vita will do nothing to help. It need GAMES. Good games.

Yes, I expect a revised and less expensive version to be announced. I'm pretty sure it will have dial-up internet.
