Anyone have Tekken 6 or Soul Cal on their Vita?

I'm kinda itching to buy one of these and that extra $10 from Sony helps, but I'm curious as to how they'll look on the Vita. Anyone have either of these? Do they look good? I know how some PSP games look worse and some look better on the Vita..

Soul Calibur does look slightly jaggy on the Vita, but I find the game more playable with the Vita's d-pad and analogue stick than the controls on the PSP.
