steevo_669Posted 2/22/2013 1:28:56 PM | Is it just this board? I mainly come on the vita board since it's the only way i could play games at the moment. Everyone just seems to complain. (Even i'm doing it right now!!!) It almost seems like gamefaqs is an outlet to let gamer's frustrations be heard. It's not always like that though. There are some topics that are rational or chill, but for the most part it's pretty rare. I would just like to see fanboys be more rational and be like "yea i'm a sony guy or yea i'm an xbox guy, but kudos to sony for the conference or sony didn't do too good on the conference because this and that." but all i tend to see is "no more excuses sony" "vita is doomed" "i'm buying a 3ds instead of a vita" "sales number for the week... vita is still falling behind"

Sony has decided that the Vita is just a peripheral for the PS4 (apparently) and they decided that the U.S. doesn't need a price cut because they would lose money. A strange decision since they are already losing a bunch more money because the Vita isn't selling. So, if you wonder why the Vita board isn't more optomistic, it's because Sony has given us no reason to suspect that they care.

Every other post was a "Vita Still Flopping," "Vita Needs Pokemon X/Y" etc topic. The summer drought was terrible for this board, literally every other topic was a floppy topic. When Pokemon X/Y was announced yes that was another resurgence of trolls. Perhaps the mods are actually doing something(albeit unlikely). I did notices that the trolling here diminished greatly after the Wii U launch. Most trolls and overzealous fans from this board are on that board now unfortunately. --- In Soviet Russia...
