What if most ps4 first party exclusives were also available on vita with crossplay . would that boost vita sales.

Yeah, I wonder how the "PS3 in your pocket" thing is playing out for Sony.
Now they are saying it is now a "PS4 in your pocket".

In what ways is it not important to the PS4?
I'm an all around gamer. Hand me a game, I'll play through it, than give a detailed report about it.

I shouldn't need home console to enjoy my Vita.

While I'll also need some handheld games, like half of the time, the other half, I'll be playing PS4 games on my Vita (provided it does work and Sony does not screw up the PS4 somewhere along the way), maybe some Gaikai games even (provided this also works).

Everything Sony has done with the vita recently has made it look like an extremely expensive PS4 accessory. I don't see it lasting very long if it heavily relies on the PS3/4 to generate new content while it only gets exclusive content every few months.
I am not an early adopter. If your system is as awesome as you say it is, it will still be in stores when the games I want are out.

Yeah, it's a PS4 in our pocket as in it's a $250 peripheral with few games of its own. Yeah, that's a way to market your handheld, Sony.

You know the PS4 games on the vita will be limited to no more than 30-40 feet away from your PS4 right? The PS4 will of course have to be on to do all the processing and stream the game to the vita.
May as well just play it on the big screen in that case, if you ask me personally.
