Lost odessey type game on vita?

#1sanas_thirituPosted 3/4/2013 2:24:37 AM
I'm looking for.a good jrpg to play on my vita. However, i've only played one jrpg in my life. And that is lost odessey on my 360. I really enjoyed that style of game and was hoping to play more games like that on the vita.
I tried a psp game called trails in the sky, but didnt like that as much due to the very kiddy graphic style and you can say, poor graphics as well.
Can you.recommend me a game that comes close to.the lost odessey style of game?
Thank you very much.

Nothing on Vita that is like LO.
The producer of LO (Sakaguchi) is known for working on many RPGs back when he was at Square, most of them are really good and considered to be some of the genre's finest. Luckily, you can get most of them from the PSN.
I recommend the Final Fantasy games (you can get every game from I to IX), Chrono Trigger/Cross, and Xenogears.
I also recommend Breath of Fire IV and Wild Arms.

Are all these games psp games or ps1 classics?

Final Fantasy III and IV are PSP games, the rest are PS1 classics.

Thing is... it's not even close at all. Lost Odyssey is a turn-based RPG, while Ragnarok Odyssey is a simplistic action game with minor equipment upgrade elements.
