They revealed the entire month's line up, but the updates are still week by week. DS3 isn't until later, this week is Spec Ops.

We'll probably get it the 19th or 26th, as the Vita title usually comes at the end of the month.

The games are added to the IGC in no particular order. Right now Spec Ops is free.
