I can't seem to find them either. I think it's supposed to be Patapon, Wild Arms, Patchwork Heroes and another one but I don't see them for free. Am I missing something?

Go to the store from your Vita and click on the image for the Anniversary sale in the Featured tab.

OK just verified that Wild Arms is free. But the other ones still have a price tag on them.
Edit: all four are up! Free games! Woohooo!

Wild Arms, Patapon, Patchwork Heroes, and Piyotama are all free. All awesome games too :) Piyotama is a puzzle game though so if you don't like puzzle games you probably won't like it.
