^ check out the PSP startup! such nice sounds when you turn it on.

PS1, PS2, PS3 and PSP all had startups.

PS Vita just gives health warnings and takes you to your lock screen >_> no sound.

I honestly never noticed... to be fair, I almost always have my sound off on all games, from TV games to handhelds. It is a somewhat interesting fact, though.

I played a lot of horror games as a kid/teen and the PS1 start up tune kinda freaked me out and still gives me an eerie feeling lol...
