PlayStation Vita

I have two Blazblue games for the PSP, and I'd like to get CSE for the Vita, but I can't seem to wrap my head around all these controls (especially all that intermediate/advanced stuff). So I was wondering if anyone here knew of an in-depth guide for ANY of the Blazblue games that's also beginner friendly.
And is there a huge difference between the PSP Blazblues controls and the Vita version?
