Its a bit disheartening to see so many Japan only games on the top 10

It is like in order to enjoy top 10 games you have to import.... don't you agree?

Or wait a year and a half for it to get localized.

The Tales and Seran Kagura games aren't getting localized. Miku might get localized on PS3 with Vita version getting the shaft. There may be hope for PSO2. Maybe

Tales H and I MAY get localized, depending on the performance of Xillia and Vita sales. But I'm not getting my hopes up; I'll be content with Xillia on it's own. :/

My hopes are higher for PSO2.

Bamco refused to localize Pirate Warriors 2 Vita when the only thing they do are translate the menus and add subtitles which probably could have been copy and pasted from the PS3 localization. Unless a subsidiary takes over, I seriously doubt if we ever get another Bamco game for Vita in the West.

Would have been nice if they had localized at least one decent game instead of that garbage we got at Launch.

I didn't hear about Pirate Warriors 2.... well, my hopes have diminished to zero. Back to getting hyped about Xillia. :D

Even if we do get PSO2, it will be the same nonsense as PSO and PSU where the non-Japanese servers will never get updated and we'll barely have more than the content available at launch.

Would be even better if they just gave us Phantasy Star Portable 2 back with Vita support, or PSP2i. But Sega has stated that they considered ALL POSSIBLE OPTIONS AT THE HIGHEST LEVELS and it's COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE.

I'd say if you want to play PSO2 just play the japanese version, there's still no guarantee that we'll see it outside Japan, and as stated, if we do, it'll be the butchered, incomplete version.

The english patch on PC is pretty excellent now, it's not 100% but they keep updating it.
