Copy-paste via Google and Emblem 2042 on Gamefaqs:
"The PSP version has over the GBA version:
voice acting in English and Japanese; modified backgrounds/sprites/effects/"event graphics" to fit the wider screen and higher quality visuals; 1 more item; new event graphics, including both bath scenes having two scenes; modified dialogue but based on the original translation; a few extra scenes; no more quick-saving; and "chapter 8" has been upgraded from a single boss battle to a complete (if short) chapter, featuring either the girls or Ledah as playable characters with Ein."

So probably not really unless you want a digital version and love it enough to replay essentially the same game.

I want my Guacamelee dammit! That's next week, right?

I was hoping for some new game content to blow more $$$ on, but I'll probably just buy a couple psp games on that list. I remembered liking killzone on the PSP so I went to buy it again last night. Had my finger on the purchase but then decided to play more bioshock infinite on the pc. Glad that I waited because now I can get it a little cheaper. Only a few bucks, but hell I'll take it.

i finished the GBA version 4-5 times, then replayed the PSP version another 2-3 times, the difference is pretty huge and the list rotuhiri posted did not mention the upgraded visuals and the new anime cutscenes.
