Is it me or is Vita heating up?

Sony seems to be breathing life into vita recently. In two days, we get new game announcements like invizimals and batman, firm release dates for batman and tearaway, and a big update! I can't wait for e3!

It's not you. With the increase in sales, new announcements, and open-door policy for indie devs, Vita's finally finding its ground.

If they announce P4A on vita at E3 I might burst into flames from overjoy...

I thought you were going to say that the Vita gets hot with HTML5 when streaming videos...

Not only that, the indie game scene will be great on Vita. its almost a different console from when i bought it at release. PS1 and continuing PSP compatibility has helped majorly.

The vita will play a larger role in the PS4 lifecycle than it did on ps3, better connectivity, and hopefully easier content swapping and sharing. along with that sexy remote play, people are gonna want to have this thing.

Batman is huge though, and I'm sure they have more blockbuster game announcements at e3.

It's getting better for Vita owners but until Sony does a better job of advertising it, sales won't make a significant increase.

Reguardless, I'm happy as a owner at least.

Yep. Me and my friend both got our vitas around the same time... We would always talk about how the system was awesome but didn't have as many games as we want. That has changed recently with all the announcements and any hesitation I had about my purchase is gone. This handheld is well worth my cash since I have played it almost every night this month.
