hate:
shoulder buttons

Same here until I got a grip device that makes the vita feel like an xbox controller by moving the shoulder buttons back. I hated them before I got that though.

Likes:
Reasonably sturdy
Buttons have a decent feel to them
Large screen
The D-pad is pretty nice
Cross buy
PS+ support has been a godsend
Trophies
Dual analog is good
Nice specs for a portable
Assuming it lives up to it's lofty goals, PS4 connectivity could be very cool

Dislikes:
Terrible library
Rear touchpad
Six axis
Shoulder buttons are garbage
Fingerprint magnet
Battery life
UI is meh
The analog sticks themselves are meh, my fingers slip off pretty easily
Screen resolution leaves something to be desired
Expensive proprietary memory cards

Looks like the things I like pretty much equal the things I don't. Sounds about right, I doubt anything will change until it starts getting games consistently.

The system itself is unbelievable.

I can't stand that rear touch screen. I dropped the vita earlier trying to use the rear touch screen to guide a spell in Silent Hill.

Its fanboys.

Must be love since you spend several hours of each day giving them special attention

You're right. It's both. That's why I didn't specify.

Love: D-pad, overwhelming indie support, amazing digital strategy.

Hate: Over sensitive rear touchpad, not enough support from well established developers.

Like
The graphics (they look amazing for a handheld)
The size of the screen
nice feel of the system overall, nice to hold

Dislike
fingerprint magnet, hate to touch to slide open when booting up.
screen is unprotected without a case or screen protector, makes it harder to carry around in pocket.
Is somewhat bulky for a handheld.
Memory cards are a bit pricey, still using a 4 GB i got free with my system.
rear touch screen is useless

I have more dislikes but i actually really like the system. My dislikes are more annoyances than dislikes.
