Is Persona 2 innocent sin remake really THAT bad for PSP?

I am really wanting to try it and play it but iam kinda turned off by gamestops reviews of a 5.0 but then again they gave breath of fire 3 a 6.5, I mean who does dat?

it's a good game but it's gameplay takes a little to get used too i wouldn't recommend it to anyone. But the story and characters are great and once the gameplay clicks it's pretty good.

No. It's not bad. It's actually quite good. I think their main problem (and other reviewer's problems) is that it plays more like a ps1 era game than a psp game. It feels old. Which is fine if you know what you're getting into. It's a great game, but not a modern playing one. Buy it.

This, hell even the random encounter mechanisms on more out dated ps1 games like ff7 and ff8 is better.

lol i didn't mean to say i wouldn't recommend to anyone in my post i meant to say i wouldn't recommend it to just anyone you need a lot of patience for old school rpgs. Even at the time of it's release it already felt dated in a way
