Only Vita games that I know will get released in 2013 that I even care about.
Unless something awesome gets announced at E3 then that is all I will buy for my Vita this year.
Anyone else in the same boat as me?

You don't care about...
Ys: Celecta (or whatever the full title is)
Rainbow Moon Vita
Jak and Daxter HD Collection
Binding of Isaac Remake
Thomas Was Alone Vita
Dragon Fantasy: Book II
and tons of probably unannounced games and/or games I've missed?

Difficult to say. FFX and X-2 are definitely something I'm interested in, but one other game I'm looking forward to is Ys Calceta, at least when it comes to announced games.

Sort of, only game in the Vita that has a western announced release for this year that im looking forward to is Soul Sacrifice (the demo brought me over into the "i want this" category)..... and thats it.
Unless you count Black Rock Shooter (which i am looking forward much more than SS actually XD), but thats technically a psp game ill play on the Vita.
Ill be getting stuff like the FFX HD and Dragons Crown for my ps3.
So, not the same game, but im in the same kinda situation as the TC, then again, its nothing new, and honestly, i even thank the gods that there isnt loads of stuff coming out for it, because i barely have time to play whats going to be released in the coming months on other systems, i really dont need more of a backlog x_x

Being able to have FF1 to 10 on my Vita is gonna be amazing.
I'm more than busy with a ton of games on the Vita, so I really don't have the time to "look forward to" other games.
I'm halfway into Gravity Rush, I still have tons of unlocks left in PSAS:BR, I've begun playing U:G on hard, I just finished Symphony of the Night and just begun FFIX again, I'm halfway in P4G, stuck in Guacamelee (for some reason), almost finished with my MGS HD Collection playthrough, etc. I also want to buy Sly Cooper: Thieves In Time once I get through all the games I'm already playing, as well as AC:L.

Not quite, though many of the games I'm interested in are also PS3 cross-platform games (though I guess they count if you're going to count FFX/X-2).
So far the 2013 releases I've been interested in include:
- Sly IV: Thieves in Time (crossbuy)
- Guacamelee! (crossbuy)
- FFX HD + X-2 HD (crossbuy)
- Atelier Totori HD (PS3 port)
- Retro City Rampage (crossbuy)
- Earth Defense Force 2017 (exclusive?)
- Alien Breed (crossbuy port of an old ps1 game or something)
- Machinarium (PC port)
- Soul Sacrifice (though since it has been receiving heavy criticism I may rethink purchasing it)
- Dokuro (crossbuy?)
Have I played ANY of those yet? Lol nope. Still playing through games from last year.
On top of those, I also have my eye on:
1. Muramasa Rebirth
3. Killzone: Mercenary
4. Dragon's Crown
5. Thomas was Alone
Wow, there's actually heaps of games I'm interested in.
The only criticism is that there aren't too many Vita exclusives.

and probably getting X-2 as well.
I'm in the same boat right now; however, about a year ago I was feeling the same way about my 3DS. Now suddenly there's a wealth of games on the horizon and I don't know how I'm going to afford them all - an entirely different, but not necessarily bad, problem.
Not to start a 3DS vs Vita discussion, but my point is that the games will come eventually. I think it just takes time for a backlog of games to build up slowly, and for enough people to own the system so that developers have confidence making great original games for it (aside from remakes and HD collections). The way I look at it, all in good time. :]
