"but .. but.. but Vita has no games!"

it has plenty of games.... but very few less than $10.... so will the general public drop $250 on vita, $50 on 16GB card and then $30+ for each game? Or will they continue to migrate to smart phones for mobile gaming where the device cost is $0 (since most have smart phones anyway), games are mostly free or $1..... hmmm, I wonder why handheld gaming is struggling these days

$0 eh? You mean for a 3 year term where you spend on average $50-80 a month for it? You think that's cheaper than a handheld gaming system? Even buying a cell phone without a term is more expensive than any handheld gaming device on the market. Please think before you post.

The vita is not a phone genius. People pay monthly to CALL PEOPLE. All of the extra features like apps and more games than the vita just makes the exclusive less vita even more useless.

As of this minute, going to the "ps vita" game section and counting in the US store:

121

Now take away crappy indy mobile games and ports and you have how many?

Xbox has more exclusives than ps3 without indy gsmes but imagine if they counted all those crappy indy titles too.

Which is completely irrelevant to the topic at hand. He clearly said a smart phone is cheaper than a Vita. Whether you're on a plan or not, its utter BS.

Learn to read kiddo. The cost is 0 if you already have one. Its a sunk cost for something most people never leave the home without and has more games.

The PSP and mini games were never included. Indie games count as Vita games.

But if you don't count indie games for the Vita then you can't count them for other mobile devices. Which means android and iphone have something like 10 games.
