I never looked into PSN+ tbh but I'll be damned if it doesn't sound great especially with PS4 coming soon. So lets say I apply today. What do I get? I know every month you get 1-2 games to play as long as you are paying for PSN+ but do I get the games just from today or all that have been offered since PSN+ started?
And is it a good thing to start paying now or to wait for PS4 release?

if you subscribe right now you can download the current free games along with all future free games. you cant rent past games from ps+. if you see anything interesting on ps+ subscribe now, if not wait for next month. --- Tzuba12:Microsoft: Bringing gamers together ONE console at a time. http://backloggery.com/sockesocke
You can go here each month to see the updated instant game collections (the 'free' games) for PS3 and Vita:
Also, you only get access to the instant game collection from the moment you start your subscription, so you don't get past games. However, whenever you download games from the instant game collection, they stay on your download list even if the games themselves leave the instant game collection.
So for example, I've had PS+ for about 1.5 months. So I now have in my download list Gravity Rush, Encharted, Disgaea 3, and BlazBlue, that will remain in my download list the whole time I'm subscribed.
You know, I'm not sure if you can tag PS3 games through Vita, because I don't think PS3 games even show up on the Vita store (I'm at work so don't have Vita nearby). I know the other way works though. You can tag the Vita games on PS3, and then download though download list on Vita later on.
