Anyone getting FFX HD on the Vita instead of the PS3?

I figured that one of the reasons I never beat the PS2 version was because it had to compete with my PS3 when I got the game, and eventually I just stopped caring for it. With it on my Vita I can carry around both games digitally and hop on it whenever I get free time.

I'm hoping for a native resolution like with Ninja Gaiden Sigma, but as long as the graphics in general look great then I'd be fine.

Aren't they both $20 each, though? They'd still be the same price as the console version in total, and you can have both at once if you buy it digitally.

No price has been announced as of yet, so theoretically if you are right and they go $20 each I might still get on Vita. I assumed they would be $30 each because most people would only get FFX and they want to cash in.

I'm getting both X and X-2 on the Vita. I'm not sure if I'll purchase them at the release date however. Allegedly, the PS3 version is $40. I sincerely hope the Vita versions are $20 each.

TBH, FFX is the most recent FF I have played and I feel like these "HD" ports are too soon. What's the point, it will basically look a little sharper, which isn't always necessarily better (clearer textures reveal lack of details/faults etc that weren't spotted when they made it).

So there is 0 reason why I'd play it again on PS3.

But it was very good, and to have a portable version to play...very tempting.

Hope they don't screw us with the pricing on vita compared to ps3 though like I've heard things about.

Depends on the price of each and how well they run on the Vita.

If both are good, I'd prefer to get them for the Vita.

I'm getting both for Vita. I hope every day for a price and a release date but...*sniff*..

These are the 'International' versions of each game. The International version of X adds a new sphere grid, Dark Aeons and Penance. The International version of X-2 adds a ridiculous amount of new content that essentially makes it an entirely different game.
