I got a discount online to get the 16GB memory card, and as soon as I bought it I found the 32GB memory card for about the same price...

I've contacted them and no way to cancel, so I'm planning on just selling it.

Is ~$10 for the 4GB, $20 for the 8GB, and ~$40 for the 16GB reasonable? Or should I go cheaper?

I'd say so, a new 4gb is roughly $15, a 8gb is roughly $25 and a new 16gb is roughly $50. At least these are the prices on Amazon which are generally cheaper than in stores, my local GS still has the 32 gb cards as $99 for example when you can buy it off Amazon for $80.

Where are you selling it on? Ebay, if not sold I could buy it off you. Craigslist. Depends on if you live in MD or not.
