Downloaded games playable on a different system?

Ok, so I got a used Vita system and a 16GB memory card from gamestop. I wanted to download a few games, including PS1/PSP hames, to my new Vita. I was going for The Walking Dead bundle, but they won't have it until Thurstday at the earlies. I was thinking I could install these games and have them ready by then. Since it's a used unit, I can return it and buy the bundle.

My question is, can I keep those games on my memory card and then just insert it in the new Vita? Or do I have to use content manager? It's all on the same account.

Yep, just make sure you deactivate your account on the returned Vita.

How do I do that? Do I just reformat the system or something?

That's the best way to do it, but you can also go into your PSN account in settings, then System Management and do it from there.

Awesome! Thanks a lot. I will try it later this week.
