For the moment, Persona 4. But I have the feeling that game won't age as well as FFVII.

Two outstanding playstation franchises.

I really don't care which one wins.

Persona is superior, though.

So confused.

What final fantasy 7 did for Sony and the playstation can never be forgotten, so it has a special place in the hearts of Sony gamers everywhere.

Persona 4.

Final Fantasy VII was a good game. I'd even go as far as saying it was a great game. But aside from Cid and Red XIII, I hated everyone in the cast - especially Cloud and Sephiroth and while I loved the setting, the story was awful.

Also, as a longtime player of the series, it was the game where everything was starting to go downhill. While it didn't start becoming really noticeable in until the PS2 era, the writing was on the wall. The series peaked with VI, release three other great games since the bar was set so high, and then started to have noticeable dips in quality until we wound up with three games about Lightning.
