No WayForward, no Shin'En, vastly inferior SquareEnix support...
Vita is making the same mistake PSP did, but this time, 3rd parties aren't rushing in to fix it. It's trying to sell it's self as a home console in a handheld market. When people want to play console games, they want to play AssCreed or CoD or Skyrim on a big screen with lots of fuzz and jaggies, and a big controller, not on a little 5" screen held in their hands, with tiny analogues and a cramped design. On the other hand, handhelds are about the only place you can get a lot of great gaming experiences; most of which you won't find on Vita.
Want that Shield! Ball and Cup on ps mobile has framerate issues. -stargazer64
However neither system has what any self-respecting video gamer would call a "library". It blows me away when dronies act like 3DS has this massive library of amazing games. It doesn't. It has less than 30 great games, and only 12 of them are exclusive. That's not much of a library. Both systems are still in their infancy and need to grow.
I guess I'm not a self-respecting video gamer since I've never had more than 20 games for any system I've ever owned outside of PC. Then again, I never understood the purpose of massive backlog that I'll never get to.
It's fine if you don't own that many games. It's people throwing around the term "library" so loosely that I find hilarious. With less than 30 highly regarded games on either platform, and less than 15 highly regarded exclusive on either platform, they don't have "a massive library of great games" yet.
