My way to apply a screen protector without dust/bubbles.

Place - Bathroom.

1st - run the shower on HOT to accumulate moisture and STEAM in the air to drop dust out of the air.(The same steam helps the screen protector to stick with little to no chance of bubbles)

2nd - after steam builds wipe counter off to remove any chance of dust or debris getting on the screen.

3rd - lay the Vita down (on a towel or something soft) and use the proper lens cloth (or similar) to clean it.

4th - apply screen protector. If done rite you should have no bubbles or dust under the screen protector.

Works with any device that has a protector, Phones, Tabs etc...

Electronic devices should not be around steam/moist surroundings. Bring Vita in the bathroom after the steam has accumulated and not during. Then apply protector.

Nice job all in all TC!

The whole process takes around 5 min or less, moisture in any electrical device is not recommended. That being said I've been using this method for around 6+ years and I have never had any issues.

I've always done my screen protector installations in a bathroom to varying success, but I also applied my Vita screen protector flawlessly in a library, as well.

The most important part is to have both dry and wet cleaning cloths, and a can of compressed air to blow off light dust immediately prior to installation.

Scotch tape also does wonders to remove stray lint.
