The offline PS game is probably more likely since you don't need servers.

I thought they came flat out and said they weren't gonna localize that. maybe I'm remembering incorrectly and it was the canned, "we have no plans to localize it at this time".

edit: it was the canned response. "currently no plans". still, while that would leave a little bit of hope coming from a different company, we're talking about the people who have came right out and said pso2 would have a western release. they have the game fully translated and ready to go, and still refuse to release it because they fear they won't make enough money....on a digital f2p title. after server costs, everything else is profit. so anything less than a localization confirmation with a set release date and a note that says "we're super serious, It's coming this time" hand delivered by sonic the f****** hedgehog, means approximately jack s*** coming from sega.
