Before you start doubting, this poster correctly posted the games to be shown at the PS4's unveiling back in Feb before it commenced. Among other correct posts. He regularly speaks with Sony reps and insiders.
The key part to look at is this:
Behind the scenes games are coming. We will get a Ratchet and Clank, inFamous and Borderlands 2 in the short/medium term. They have created a pretty large team that their sole purpose is to bring games over from Japan, both first and third party, that haven't been localized. The stuff coming next fall will be shown off either at february GDC or E3.
And of course the parade of indies will continue.
We already know of the Third Party Relations studio set up by Sony and their request of what games we want, but given this comment it seems to be a much larger investment than we could have expected. So it looks like a fair lot of games are going to be localised in the next year.
Yeah, there was an interview not so long ago (on Second Son) and when Vita was mentioned, the dev let something slip and became flustered after realising the slip up. Won't be too surprising. Sucker Punch is a huge team now, probably big enough to handle a small scoped project in addition to a PS4 title.
