Do you like Vita OS?

I think the Vita OS is fine. Some apps could be consolidated (Friends/Group Messaging/Party Chat), and the look could use a little work, but overall I'm okay with it.

I do like the XMB, but in its current state is horribly space-inefficient for a touchscreen device.

Yep, it's quite good. FAR superior to the 3DS or PSP OS that's for sure

The psp uses the XMB, just like the PS3.

XMB doesn't allow you to pick one of any of the 10 app/game in a page, in a single move. The VITA OS is more practical in that sense.

The only part I really don't like is how everything is its own separate app kinda thing that you have to open, like when I press settings I don't want to then have to press another thing to actually open the settings.

Hate the peeling pages, the awkward arrangement of the bubbles, and the fact that I have to use the touchscreen to navigate. I'd much rather have the XMB.

But this was fixed months ago.

I'm pretty fond of it, I got my bubbles all nice and neat. It was a big relief to discover that it's possible to control the menu with the buttons way back when. Folders help an awful lot as well, I'm glad they were added.

Don't worry people, Starwars4J sent me a message saying that the Vita OS is still hated on this board just that... I'm not looking at the right topics? Weird huh?
